Returns:

If you wish to cancel your handmade crochet order it is must be done within 24 hours of your purchase.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please email us at kimberly@benaturallyhooked.com on receipt of the item. We will work together to resolve any issues that you may have.

Refunds/exchanges are made only if a mistake is made on seller's end or if the item is received damaged. Due to the nature of these items and the time it takes to craft them, refunds/exchanges will only be made after receiving your item if the seller is responsible for the problem with an order. (i.e. not because the wrong size or color was ordered)

Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, un-stretched, and odorless).
